Cincinnati, Ohio, currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer to work in product
development. For over 20 years, ITE has worked with clients in the consumer,
medical, and industrial industries to improve their product development
processes.

We require the following skills and experience:

B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, and at least 2 years of related experience.
Experience in consumer product design with expertise in the current releases
of Pro/E WF and/or Solid Works 3D design software.
High level of skill designing products involving molded plastic components.
The ability to work independently, solve complex technical problems,
maintain strong customer relationships and effectively coordinate work with
other team members.
Strong analytical and concept design skills to plan and conduct the design
and engineering of mechanical products.
Excellent communication and strategic planning skills.
Efficiency in a fast paced consulting environment and adaptability to
changing project requirements and schedules.
Ability to positively impact company sales and profitability.

We offer an exciting career with diversity of projects across multiple
industries. The starting salary is between $50,000 - $56,000/year with
monthly and year-end bonus opportunities. We encourage aggressive personal
upward growth.
