[jsfg_cinti] Project Cost Analyst/Contract Coordinator Needed

Here is another posting mailed to the JSFG office today.
Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Airport for a Project Cost Analyst/Contract 
Coordinator in the Planning and Development Department.

Develop project tracking to ensure consistency, accuracy, and contract 
compliance from project to project.  Develop budgets at the asset level and 
identifies potential funding sources (i.e., PFC's, tenants, state grants, 
Airport, etc.) for construction projects.  Provides first point of contact to 
certify invoices and calculates fixed quantities against unit prices to 
determine appropriate payment.  Allocates funding sources to invoices that have 
been reviewed and recommended for certification.  Develop contract 
monitoring/adherence control system for attention to detailed contract 
requirements set forth for audit.
