*As a programmer analyst, responsibilities include:*

*- Ensure that developed solutions are secure, easily supported, and adhere
to standard programming practices.*

*- Meet project dates and deliverables.*

*- Assist in the evaluation and recommendation of architecture and
development options for the team.*

*- Work with Essential Partners to develop sound technical solutions that
address specific business needs.*

*- Help support and test the supported applications with new releases or
when changes to code are made.*

*- Research routine problems and recommend a solution or take appropriate
action as required.*

*- Maintain and update system documentation as well as team policies and
procedures.*

*- Recognize criticality and relevance of system and project issues and the
appropriate level and degree of escalation needed.*

*- Participate in the team on-call rotation for support during and outside
of normal work hours.*
 ** ** ** *Job Requirements*  ** ** ** ** ** ** **

*Basic Qualifications:  *

*- Bachelor's degree in a technically related field of study.
- 4+ years of progressively responsible Microsoft.NET application
development experience, preferably object oriented programming.
- Demonstrated experience with web development and associated technologies
including, but not limited to, XML, SQL Server, Web Services, HTML, .NET and
VB (or C#).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written).*

*Other Traits and Characteristics:*

*- Previous experience in Banking/Wealth Management.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Access a plus.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint.
- Solid understanding of Project Management Methodology (SDLC).*

*Previous experience and skill set will determine if the position will be a
Programmer Analyst 2 or a Programmer Analyst Senior.*
