      Description:   
      Job Description Lead a team of 13 engineers and technicians for this tier 
one automotive supplier. Focus will be ensuring that all engineering processes 
and projects are completed timely, within budget and with quality. Will be 
leading initiatives around process improvement, new equipment purchases and 
current equipment/machine maintenance and upkeep. Compensation 85K, great 
benefits plus full relocation.  
      Requirements:   
      Skills Engineering degree is a must, mechanical or industrial engineering 
degree is preferred, along with engineering management experience with other 
tier one supplier. Should have at least 3 yrs management experience. Should be 
comfortable leading others and with handson engineering approach. Should be 
experienced with production floor startups, including layout and production 
processes. This position requires a mix of both management abilities and 
engineering expertise in equal amounts. Handson production floor focus along 
with leading other engineers. Tier one automotive supplier experience is a 
MUST, Honda or Toyota experience preferred with engineering management 
experience. Metals experience is preferred. Experience with new model start and 
new product launches needed.
