Job description: 
Product Project Manager $85-95K + relocation 

10- Years product management or project manager.  PMP and BSEE preferred. 
Candidate needs software and electronic engineering.  
Needs to be able to work with marketing, warehouse, customer service  
Involved in sales presentation. NO reports.  Reports VP of Marketing  

SUMMARY 
"       The Product/Project Manager is responsible for leading the company's 
efforts to define and deliver new product, new product features and services 
that meet customer and market requirements.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
 include the following.  Other duties may be assigned. 

"       Work with Sales, Technical Support, Engineering, Marketing and other 
business units as well as our external customers to define product goals, 
strategy and requirements, including pricing, promotions and distribution 
issues.  

"       Work with same departments to prepare cost justifications, recommend 
priorities and generate schedules for all product development efforts.   

"       Directly responsible for ensuring completion of detailed schedules for 
product development projects from initiation to delivery and for keeping 
management informed of deviations;

"       Conduct qualitative and quantitative customer research including 
usability testing for product development efforts; 

"       Assist in improving the product development process;  
"       Work with executive management and financial management to establish 
financial project criteria; 
"       Interfaces and coordinates with executive management and operations 
management team in business development efforts. 

"       All duties as directed, but not included in this job description.

This job has no immediate supervisory responsibilities.
