Good Morning Fellow JSFG Members,

I am currently reviewing a job offer for a procurement position. The company
has extended an offer in the form of a base salary plus a percent compensation
for cost savings that I would negotiate. I am currently negotiating the terms
of the offer and it would be a great help to hear from someone who has worked
under this type of agreement. This would be a great help to me.
