      Description:   
      Reports to GM. Assures adequate procedures and controls are in place to 
deliver on time, high quality finished consumer goods. Operate the Processing 
Unit in an efficient manner to insure all ingredient processing and testing is 
done at minimum cost consistent with quality, safety, service and regulatory 
compliance requirements. Develop and implement business plans and policies for 
the Processing Unit in support of corporate strategies. Foster teamwork and 
organizational effectiveness by maintaining pro-active communication channels 
to other groups including Marketing, Research and Development, Purchasing , 
customers and suppliers.  
      Requirements:   
      Must have a lot on the ball! Be promotable! Must have at least 8 years of 
manufacturing experience to include processing operations, materials, quality 
assurance, project engineering or production inventory control. Managing the 
Processing Operation including Safety, QA, Production, Raw Material 
Procurement, Receiving and Warehousing, Regulatory Compliance and Engineering 
activities. B.S. Chemical Engineering degree preferred. Others to be 
considered.
