[jsfg_cinti] Procedures for Responding to Job Postings

Dear JSFG Members:

Certainly, every employer has the right to put forth the terms and
conditions under which they prefer to be contacted. That's not my
problem with this event.... What concerns, and grieves, me deeply, is
that this employer not only "punished" the would-be job applicant; the
employer then chose to vent his/her wrath at the JSFG organization and,
if my memory is correct, threatened to withhold future job postings with
JSFG. I would be VERY skeptical about choosing to be employed by any
business which vents wrath not only on its employeees, but on
customers/clients as well.

Someone used the term "micromanagement". It's bad enough to micromanage
employees, but only a genuine control freak would want to micromanage the
outside world.
