[jsfg_cinti] Printer problem

Does anyone out there know how to fix a printer problem? I have an HP 640 Desk 
Jet and it won't print, even though I have plugged it in. The light won't stay 
on. And if it does print, it only will print a blank page or a page with a row 
of gibberish at the top.
