development to establish & maintain project goals, work on PSA testing, 
applications, performance requirements, polymer design & scale-up.  
      Requirements:   
      Requires a BS in Chemistry or a related field and at least 5 years 
experience in the pressure sensitive adhesives industry in a technical service 
or product development role. Strong background using DOE and SPC. A successful 
record in product development & commercializing products is required along with 
excellent verbal skills & the ability to work well with customers.
