Liberty Bible Academy in Mason Oh is in the heart of one of the fastest growing 
counties in the US.  Our students score 2.9 years ahead of grade equivalency on 
the Stanford Achievement tests. 
We need an energetic and experienced leader to grow and develop our curriculum 
to continue our outstanding program K - 8th. 

Job Responsibilities - The Preschool Director will lead the selection, 
development, and implementation of a curriculum that is spiritually based with 
high academic standards for 3 and 4 yearolds in both full and half-day 
programs.  This includes the ongoing assessment of curriculum needs, setting 
curriculum goals and objectives, planning content and instructional strategies, 
aligning curriculum to the K-8 programs, and prooviding continual curriculum 
review and evaluation.   The preschool director will supervise the faculty and 
staff and will also be responsible for recruiting, selecting and developing 
highly qualified Christian teachers.  Ongoing faculty orientation and training 
should focus on best practices in the industry. 

The preschool director will be responsible for insuring the Ohio Department of 
Education Licensure is current.  The Director will assist the teachers in 
classroom management, supervision and evaluation of students, oversee student 
testiong, and plan major student events such as annualorientation, graduation, 
and student enrichments activities ( competitions, reading incentives, etc. ) 
The assistant administrator will arrange for substitute teachers and oversee 
the Daycare Supervisor.  Regular comunications with parents and an open-door 
policy will reinforce the parent-school partnership. 

Qualifications
Bachelors required5 years of successful administrative experience prefered
Active participation in your local church
