Looking for about 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance will consider a 
5-year person
This is a Managers level position where they will be responsible for the 
Quality of anything being put out by a development staff of 15-20 people.  
Total IT Staff at this location is about 35-40, with well over 300 ppl in IT

Candidate will be kind of "policing" the Application Developers.

Sr. Account Executive-Interior Trim- Client needs an experienced Sales Rep who 
has direct knowledge calling on the automotive industry in Detroit. Should be 
degree (prefer Engineering degree) with previous technical experience 
processing and developing coated fabrics, films or molded plastic used by the 
"interior trim" automotive industry. Prefer someone currently living in the 
Greater Detroit area. Will report to Sales Manager based in Detroit.  SUMMARY: 
While focusing primarily on the automotive interior market, coordinates with 
OEM and sales reps on issues by telephone, mail, or in person. Provide "direct" 
customer support/feedback.  Compile contact lists and contact "assigned" and 
prospective OEM Automotive and Tier I customers to determine current and future

SALES/ACCOUNT MANAGER - MI - SALARY TO $80,000
QUALIFICATIONS:  Four year degree - may be technical or non-technical; 3+ years 
auto OEM sales experience is crucial - Transplant and/or Ford; desire and 
ability to work from home office is probably preferred - although would 
consider folks who wanted to work out of Mt. Pleasant or Jackson but its kind 
of far from the customer.  They would even consider someone out-of-state, home 
office, who has successfully called on auto transplants.  Auto Transplants is 
really the key.  We're talking a "door knocker" here; German/Japanese language 
skills would be great but probably don't want to pay the money this would 
require.
COMPENSATION:  $55000-$80000 Base + Bonus (based on co. & personal performance 
- probably around 10%) + Car Allowance + Home Office Allowance (flexible)

QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER - MI - SALARY TO $75,000
My client is looking for an experienced QA Manager.  There is a heavy 
preference for someone who is located near the Michigan area that is very 
familiar with Six Sigma, Lean principles, SPC, TQM, and ISO.  Should have prior 
experience in a union operation.  The hiring manager specifically mentioned 
that someone from the automotive industry would be ideal (the client is NOT in 
the industry however).

The candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and improving 
quality assurance standards, processes, and controls.  Will evaluate production 
capabilities and recommend improvements.  Will provide leadership and 
direction, as well as develop measurements for continuous improvement to the 
Company's quality system, including ISO9001.

DIRECTOR, MARKETING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - MI - SALARY TO $125,000
This newly created position will have 7 direct reports and will report to the 
VP of Strategies and Alliances.  The individual will be responsible for 
marketing, developing new product ideas, and oversee the sales account 
managers.  This position is considered to be in the "executive realm" of the 
business, and therefore will not be a stepping stone.  The person needs to have 
a minimum of 10 years experience within the flexible packaging industry.
This person will also be in line for consideration of a VP position within 3-5 
years.
To summarize:
We need someone who has over 10 years of flexible packaging industry experience 
who has a very solid flexographic and rotogravure background.  They need to 
excel at creating new marketing ideas, new product ideas, and is a team player.

ACCOUNT MANAGER - JAPANESE AND ASIAN OEM's - MI - SALARY TO $85,000
Must have automotive experience and must have experience working with the 
Japanese OEM's as customers.
Ideal profile is someone with an engineering degree, stable work history and 
experience working as applications/sales engineer or account manager at an 
automotive tier one handling Japanese customers.  May consider someone with 
program management or product engineering that wants sales.
Will consider someone with a business degree.  Can go either junior or senior

POSITIONS IN OHIO

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MARKETING MANAGER - OH - SALARY $60,000
BS Marketing with 3+ years of proven product development experience preferably 
in consumer products focusing on the teen market. 
Will develop new products through analyzing and defining market needs.  Develop 
and evaluate new products in coordination with marketing and research and 
development teams. Serve as liaison between management, operations, creative 
and brand management groups regarding development of products.  Define new 
product direction and programs in coordination with marketing.  Manage product 
time lines. Investigates and analyze consumer industry and competitive 
research/trends.  Develop shades and flavors; work closely with R&D, act as 
first evaluator of all shades leading to recommendations. 

SR. PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER - OH - SALARY TO $90,000
BS Marketing or related.  MBA is a plus.  6+ years exp. in product management

CHIEF ENGINEER - OH - SALARY TO $85,000
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering of a 
Physical Science.  An advanced technical degree, plus a record of continuing 
education courses related to engineering product design would be an asset.  
Professional certifications such as GD&T, PDM, CADD, etc helpful.  
Approximately ten years experience in high-volume, consumer durable product 
design, with a minimum of five years responsibility of major product design 
projects with firms exceeding $100MM in sales.  Also, two years of supervision 
of technical professional and support staff.  In addition, the candidate should 
be experienced in product design involving electromechanical, nonferrous 
casting and injection molded polymer, as well as working knowledge of various 
codes associated with consumer product safety.

Production Manager
Will lead production for plastic blow molding facility.  Will have approx. 15 
direct reports including maintenance supervisor, engineers, team leaders and 
production supervisors.  Will be responsible for reliability, scrap, safety, 
quality and production.  Experience with Uniloy or Graham Wheel blow molding 
machines in HDPE mfg. setting preferred.

Industrial Engineering.  An MBA and/or MS in Engineering are a plus.  The 
candidate will have 8-15 years of professional/industry experience.  My client 
is OPEN on industry.  They are looking for an accomplished maintenance 
manager/supervisor who has handled large capital projects. This candidate needs 
to make an immediate contribution and bring value-added skills to the job.

SIX SIGMA MANAGER - OH - SALARY TO $90,000
EXPERIENCE: BS degree in an engineering or technical discipline is strongly 
preferred.  MBA or MS degree is Engineering degree is a major plus.  2+ years 
Certified Six Sigma Black Belt leadership experiences and a minimum of 10 years 
of professional experience.  MY CLIENT IS OPEN ON INDUSTRY.  The candidate must 
have successfully led and completed difficult Six Sigma projects and training 
initiatives that have required leadership and change management.  Must have a 
strong practical business sense and must challenge "business as usual"

products specific to the cleaning industry.
Lead a staff of 8 direct and 20 indirect in all product development, lab 
testing and semi-automated manufacturing methodology.
Previous experience with departmental budgeting, staff performance reviews and 
project scheduling required including knowledge of AHAM, ASTM, ASME, UL, CSA,

PROCESS ENGINEER - PA - SALARY TO $74,000
EXPERIENCE: MUST have a BS in Chemical Engineering with 4-8 years experience in 
process engineering, preferably in styrenics polymerization, solid polystyrene, 
or expandable polystyrene.  A graduate degree in Chemical Engineering or a MBA 
are a plus.  Manufacturing and/or Capital Project experience are desired.  A 
strong background in process engineering fundamentals, in-depth knowledge of 
process safety management, working knowledge of engineering and loss 
prevention, and knowledge of plant operations and risks are necessary. 
Proficiency in using engineering software is also needed. 

MECHANICAL INTEGRITY/RELIABILITY ENGINEER - PA - SALARY TO $90,000
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience, with 
increasing responsibility in the areas of PSM, Reliability, and Mechanical 
Integrity in a refining or chemical plant environment.  Proven ability to 
develop and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance programs is 
essential.  Candidates must also possess a working knowledge and demonstrated 
success in compliance in the areas of the ASME, API 510, & API 570 codes, OSHA 
Process Safety Management and Mechanical Integrity.  Excellent project 
management skills along with excellent communication skills, both written and

Five (5) to Ten- (10) year's experience in a combination of any of the

PRODUCT MANAGER - PA - BASE TO $60,000
Will be responsible for selling high temperature materials in North America.  
Duties include developing business tactics to ensure market growth and the 
continued growth of existing markets.  This position directs sales activities, 
customer service, budgetary control, strategic planning, customer contact and 
technical support for the product line. The bulk of the customer base is 
probably located in Ohio, Illinois, PA and the New England area.   This is a 
created position that will ideally work out of their small manufacturing 
facility located in Sinking Springs, PA, which is near Reading, PA.   They may 
consider allowing the candidate to live elsewhere but prefer close to the 
plant.  Will report to the North American sales manager located in Pittsburgh.  
 This person will be selling a carbon product that is used in high temperature 
furnace parts and linings, tungsten carbon blades, ceramics and semiconductor 
industries.  The products are made in Germany and in the Sinking Springs 
facility.  Compensation includes a base salary plus car and commission.

Prefer candidates with an engineering degree.  Must have experience selling in 
the high temperature materials market.  Strong negotiation skills plus a proven 
tract record.    Job will involve 35% overnight travel. 


POSITIONS IN INDIANA

SALES/ACCOUNT MANAGER - IN - SALARY $60,000
QUALIFICATIONS:
-MUST have at least 3 years experience working within the office products, 
wholesales and/or related retail channels

technical people.

DUTIES: Will develop and implement manufacturing processes for new disposable 
medical devices. Create documentation to support new and improved manufacturing 
processes.  Write and perform process validations (IQ, OQ, and PQ).  Interface 
directly with assemblers, production supervisors, leads, engineers and 
management daily.  Coordinate with the suppliers and external resources needed 
in developing and implementing new process/product plans.  Will also work as 
part of a development team in developing and implementing new devices.  
Facilitate excellent communications between all team members.  Will supervise 
up to three (3) engineers and /or technicians.
PREFERRED experience in Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design of Experiments 
(DOE) and product/process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA). Experience 
with CAD Software (Solid Works & AutoCAD) and previous supervisory experience 
preferred.  Master's degree in engineering and plastics processing experience a 
plus.

PROCESS ENGINEER - IN - SALARY TO $60,000
MUST HAVE: (1) Line set-up experience, (2) assembly experience with a volume 
comparable to 1 million units per year per line, and (3) experience in a highly 
automated assembly environment.  Should have motor vehicle related 
manufacturing experience.

STAFF ENGINEER - IN - SALARY TO $95,000
Education Preferred:
BS degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 3-7 years experience. MS 
degree in Engineering with 2-5 years experience.
Experience Preferred:
Experience in project engineering in product design. Industrial compressor 
experience, if not then with heavy steel machinery. Experience in project
