Job Description
Project manager for execution of new beverage/package production start-up.  
Main responsibilities will be:

   Overall Project Team Leader
   Packaging mold qualification, supply development, specifications and 
standards
   Formula qualification, specifications and standards

 A new beverage will be made at our New Jersey Plant.  A used filling line will 
be purchased, installed, and started up by 9/05.  Applicant will lead a 
multifunctional team including Engineering (responsible for line installation 
and commissioning), Finance, Purchasing (raw material and packing material 
supplies and contracts), Manufacturing, QA, etc.  In addition to overall team 
leadership, applicant will have specific Product Development responsibilities 
for package and product.



Production preform bottle mold and cap mold have been built.  Suppliers will 
need to be started up.  New blow molds for PET bottles will need to be 
coordinated with a supplier.  Packing material specifications and standards 
need to be added to the Company Standards system.  Preforms, caps and bottles 
will need to be qualified before start-up through a series of Plant 
experimental runs.  These runs will need to be coordinated with artwork 
delivery and sales sample production.



Formulas exist for the three new flavors.  Formula cards, raw material 
specifications, and process standards need to be added to the Company Standards 
system.  Once the new process is available, a Process Micro Validation will 
need to be conducted.  After product is finally made on the system, finished 
product will need to be qualified.



Assignment will be complete when product/package is started up and qualified.

- 10+ years Consumer Products Goods sales experience (P&G or beverage 
experience preferred)
- Experience managing trade promotion/deduction tools and funds and category 
management tools
- Experience working with large trade customers to resolve fund issues
- Experience defining and implementing performance standards
Responsibilities:
- Work with accounts and sales personnel to set up trade promotion tool
- Work with accounts and sales personnel to resolve issues related to 
implementation of new trade promotion tool
- Define and write performance standards for sales function
- Obtain organizational consensus to new policies

- 3-5+ years Consumer Products Customer Service OR Consumer Products Data 
Administration (P&G preferred)
- Strong Excel skills

- Strong customer service/interface skills
- Familiarity with Order, Shipping, Billing applications
Responsibilities:
Will be tailored to suit individual?s skills/strengths. Would include some or 
all of the following:
- Work with key customers to understand and resolve specific issues during IT 
systems conversion (Order Shipping Billing Systems, UCCNet (Universal Code 
Council), Shipment reporting, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with customer orders (order, shipping, 
billing problems)
- Develop data extracts/reports 
- Assign/compile product and customer data attributes 
Compensation: TBD based on experience; Schedule ? negotiable. Prefer Mon-Fri ~
