An immediate opening exists for a Training and Development Consultant at
Western and Southern Financial Group's corporate university, the Guilford
Institute.
This individual is responsible for developing, facilitating and
evaluating new and existing corporate training programs through needs
assessment, program development, stand-up training and program
evaluation. Provides research, consulting and intervention services in a
variety of Human Resources areas including selection, performance
appraisals and training.
Candidates should possess:
BA/BS degree required. 
Demonstrated experience conducting stand-up training.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience
communicating to and answering questions from large groups without
being defensive or frustrated. 
Must have excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication and
consultative/advisory skills along with a strong work ethic, initiative
and drive for results.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
Ability to learn new software packages and use training equipment
(overhead projector, VCR, LCD unit, and Video Teleconferencing.) 
Ability to perform multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision.
