      Our global specialty medical products manufacturer is searching for a 
senior level manufacturing/operations professional to plant manage a 325 
employees non-union facility. The selected candidate will oversee all integral 
functions including: Engineering, Quality Assurance, Accounting, purchasing and 
materials, Human Resources, Warehousing, Facility Maintenance and Safety. You 
will lead others in fostering an environment of continuous improvement and 
product excellence.  
      Requirements:   
      Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 10 years experience in 
Fortune 500 organizations practicing and fluent in lean manufacturing, kaizen, 
six sigma or world-class manufacturing practices. Bachelor's degree in 
engineering, technology or business management is required. Masters degree 
would a significant plus. You should be able to demonstrate P&L experience and 
improving: labor efficiencies, cost reduction projects, product launches and 
quality systems, training, product flow and gross margins. Candidates should be 
willing to relocate now and the future for promotional opportunities
