      Requirements:   
      BS in Engineering /MS very helpful but not required; P.E Professional 
Engineer is a Plus; 5 years minimum experience; Budget preparation &

required; Experiences in Process industries such as: paper, chemical, steel and 
power generation is a plus; U.S. Citizenship
