      Very successful, long-established company has need for a Plant Engineer 
for one of its manufacturing sites. Individual will work primarily as a Project 
Engineer, managing multiple capital projects totalling $2-5 million anually. 
Plant Engineer also supervises several hourly Maintenance Technicians, and 
assists Process Engineering and Production functions in team effort. Excellent 
company benefits and good relocation package.  
      Requirements:   
      Degreed Chemical or Mechanical Engineer with approximately 7-12 years in 
a manufacturing plant environment. Ideally, this individual will come from a 
small site operation where he/she has gained a relatively broad range of 
experience. Seeking a self-motivated, stand-alone perfomer who readily earns 
the respect of employees. Some supervisory experience is important. Need 
individual on board in late July to September 03.
