I may be echoing what everyone else said - but I'm on the recruiter side.  I'm 
perfectly fine with you saying 'this is a bad time' or 'i'm very interested in 
talking with you and can we schedule XXX?"  Usually I'll call to schedule a 
time - so that you've hopefully had a chance to check us out and start your due 
diligence!
