[jsfg_cinti] Phone Interviews

Hello All:


Does anyone out there have any suggestions for how to handle a telephone 
interview by HR people? I have been caught off guard too many times by HR 
people who want to interview me on the phone and I like to know how to handle 
these calls when they come and I am unprepared for them. Should I tell them to 
call back later at a specific time (so I can get prepared for them)?
