Manager of PeopleSoft Development Job Summary:

 

Seeking a Manager of PeopleSoft Development to fill a permanent position
for Kforce located in Tampa, Florida.   The successful candidate will
lead a dynamic technical team supporting PeopleSoft version 8.9
Financials and HCM.  The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing
new development and technical production support of all PeopleSoft 8.9
modules utilizing best practices with PeopleSoft development
methodologies.  

 

Qualifications:

 

Must Have:

Proven leadership skills, leading development teams and departments.

Minimum of 5 years of management experience

Project management experience overseeing the full systems development
life cycle.

Strong technical knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM and Financials.

Strong functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials and HCM modules.

Exceptional communication skills at all levels of organization.

Experience leading and managing the operational and support
responsibilities of an application development department.

Experience leading and managing the development and implementation
responsibilities of an application development department.

 

Nice to Have:

Development experience with PeopleSoft Financials and PeopleSoft HCM.

Technical knowledge of PeopleSoft Component Interfaces, Integration

Seeking 3 Senior PeopleSoft Financials Developers to fill a permanent
developer position for Kforce located in Tampa, Florida.   The
successful candidates will be part of a dynamic technical team
supporting PeopleSoft version 8.9.  The incumbents will be responsible
for new development and technical production support of PeopleSoft 8.9
Financial modules utilizing best practices with PeopleSoft development
tools.  

 

Qualifications:

 

Must Have:

Superior technical knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials version 8.9
Billing and Accounts Receivable modules including PeopleCode, SQR, App
Engine and App Designer.  

Superior functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Financial modules including
Billing and Accounts Receivable.

5-7 years of PeopleSoft technical experience including hands-on
experience implementing, developing, supporting and troubleshooting
PeopleSoft Financials applications.

Knowledge of relational database environment, Oracle preferred.

Knowledge of UNIX environment, HP-UX preferred.

Thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

 

Nice to Have:

Technical knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials version 8.9 modules

Lead Functional Analyst Job Summary:

 

Seeking a Lead Functional Analyst to fill a permanent position for
Kforce located in Tampa, Florida.   The successful candidate will be
part of a team of analysts supporting PeopleSoft version 8.9 and other
third party software applications.  The incumbent will be responsible
for leading projects, facilitating the resolution and closure of
production related issues and mentoring other team members.

 

Qualifications:

Must Have:

Superior functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials version 8.9 with
proficiency in a minimum of four of the following modules:  Projects,
Contracts,  Billing, Accounts Receivable, AP, Expense  or General Ledger


5-7 years of PeopleSoft experience including hands-on experience
implementing, supporting and troubleshooting PeopleSoft Financials
applications.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within tight
deadlines while being detail-oriented and ability to multitask.

Strong interpersonal/communication skills to interface with developers,
analysts and management as well as ability to work well as a team.

Analyze, identify, gather, and document requested proposed (system or
procedural) user modifications via standard requirements document, flow
charting and demonstration systems.
