[jsfg_cinti] "Payroll Accountant"

JSFG and Harvest members,
I was networking with someone and they mentioned a client had a need for a
"payroll accountant".  I do not recall meeting any at either organization
the last several months (but I have missed some meetings).

More details would come, but if they have been involved in pure payroll
(high % hands on), I'll be glad to discuss and forward bio's if members or
their friends/spouses are interested.  Please don't have anyone send a
resume just yet, but can reply to this with what ought to be standard info:
- Years of experience at pure payroll
- systems used (if any)
- range of number of employees handled
- anything else simple and pertinent

As usual, if the only related experience is collecting a payroll check,
embezzling payroll, robbing payroll, etc. -- I don't think those experiences
count -- but a payroll clerk probably would count. (Sorry, I get some
strange responses sometimes).  If my contact is interested they will be
contacted.  This guy is a director so I won't be broadcasting his contact
