Station WKRC-TV is currently seeking to fill the following employment
opening

Part-time Accounting Clerk

QUALIFICATIONS:

Part-time Accounting Clerk 30 hrs per week

Local 12 WKRC-TV and The CinCW, Cincinnati's premier television station
combination, has an opening for a part-time accounting clerk.  This
position will report directly to the Business Manager and involves the
following duties:

Primary responsibility for accounts payable (receiving and distributing
bills, ensuring account coding is accurate, entering into AP system,
selecting vouchers for payment, etc.)

1. Daily commercial log reconciliation for both television stations
2. Tracking and accounting for traded/bartered goods and services, in
accordance with company policy.
3. Light switchboard/receptionist duties
4. Petty cash reconciliation
5. Other duties and projects as needed

To apply for the job, you need to have a light accounting background (2
year degree minimum), and understand that accuracy and accountability
are paramount.  Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Great Plains
financial systems is a huge plus.  You need to be computer proficient,
especially on Excel, as you will spend most of your time in the world of
spreadsheets.  Notary public in the state of Ohio is also a plus.
Finally, you have to be willing to provide top level customer service to
our outside customers (viewers, advertisers, vendors) as well as our
internal customers (employees from within the stations).  If you feel
