      Description:   
      Great opportunity in a beautiful area. This position is in the technical 
engineering department and will be involved with up-front activities for new 
programs, including dealing with the customer regarding paint specifications, 
new processes, paint trials, etc. The other position will be in the Plastics 
Manufacturing Department and will be involved with the support of existing 
programs, including paint process troubleshooting, upgrade, cost reductions, 
etc. This position will be on second shift (5pm to 1:30am)  
      Requirements:   
      BS Engineering, technical, scientific. Experience in 2 and 3 color 
painting over a plastic substrate, excellent problem solving skills, SPC and 
cpk knowledge. Automotive background is preferred, experience in a 
cross-cultural work environment.
