Required:
· A self starter with proven technical capabilities
· Strong people skills with a desire to develop a clientele base
· Trouble shooting or training experience
· Experienced using Microsoft Office Professional Suite
· Working knowledge of internet browsers
· Solid knowledge of Windows 98/NT/ME/2K/XP

Desired:
· Knowledge of web-design
· Good working knowledge of ACT!
· Access database experience
· Knowledge of QuickBooks, Quicken and their financial foundations
· 3 plus years working in a IT environment

Position: Research Specialist (13148BR)

JOB FUNCTION:
Supports the management, implementation, collection and evaluation of 
data for analyzing existing and potential products and markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Coordinate, input and maintain Advertising Sales client and research 
databases (Strata, Scarborough, Nielson, etc.). Support product 
development with co-op tools and identifying revenue accruals and NTR 
opportunities for local sales staff and clientele.
* Assists AE's and sales management by utilizing research tools and 
preparing targeted presentations to break new product categories.
* Present to clients when necessary.
* Support promotions in integrating research that may be valuable for 
presentation purposes.
* Provides training to sales and management personnel in application and 
utilization of research and sales software when necessary.
* Assist Ad Sales management/Sales staff in analysis of customer trends, 
retention rates and product sales.
* Assists Manager of Research- Central Region with annual research 
budget and justification.
* Develops client surveys, customer polls and analyzes information to

REQUIREMENTS:
* High school diploma required. Related bachelor's degree is preferred.

JOB FUNCTION:
Supports the management, development and implementation of product(s) 
marketing activities to maximize sales thereof.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Support Manager of Product Development - Central Region with 
assessment, development and implementation of all products (i.e. 
non-traditional revenue and cooperative revenue opportunities) for 
Advertising Sales.
· Support Manager of Product Development - Central Region with the 
project coordination of new product categories, creating new revenue 
streams and client opportunities for the Department of Advertising Sales.
· Support MPD in leveraging all aspects of Ad Sales business to create 
new packaging and product opportunities for advertising sales.
· Support MPD in developing budgets for product support.
· Communicate and assist MPD with interdepartmental relations relating 
to product enhancement and client sales relations in an effort to 
maximize revenue.
· Assist MPD with any product expansion as directed by Corporate for 
Advertising Sales.
· Develop and coordinate consistent packaging for all zones.
· Track, monitor and update all Ad Sales packaging which includes rate 
cards, mapping, electronic packaging and presentations, etc.
· Maintain Time Warner Ad Sales communication's tools for the purpose of 
packaging and sales materials.
· Maintain consistent image for all Ad Sales materials utilized by the 
Ad Sales staff while maintaining a consistent image with the 
division/Region.
· Develop reinforcements for creative sales pieces and materials.
· Assist Manager of Product Development - Central Region with the 
marketing of our sales products.
· Assist national/regional and local sales efforts through development 
of sales presentations and pitches.
· Coordinate, input and maintain advertising sales client database (Ad 
blocks or other) as well as updating coordinating information from 
Strata to Ad Blocks for interfacing purposes.
· Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelors degree in Marketing and/or Communications preferred.
· Three to five years in electronic media advertising sales, preferably 
cable.
· Knowledge and skill level of non traditional revenue, vendor programs, 
cooperative advertising preferred.
· Demonstrate ability to coordinate projects with multiple departments 
and vendors.
· Level of project planning, development and implementation.
· Ability to organize workflow.
· Must have strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication

Position: Promotions Specialist (13441BR)

JOB FUNCTION:
Supports the management, development and implementation of sales 
promotions, policies and programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible for supporting monthly, quarterly and annual promotional 
revenue budget for Division.
· Develop / Coordinate all phases of departmental and client promotions 
including: concepting promotional ideas, developing proposals, 
researching and developing vendor/co-op funding, working with 
local/national suppliers in coordinating promotional collateral 
materials and make presentations with/without Sales Consultants.
· Work with Product Development to maximize existing promotions/events 
and other opportunities.
· Maintain and provide all necessary paperwork to include but not 
limited to affidavits of eligibility, necessary insurance requirements, 
legal and/or liability documents and proper safety precautions.
· Coordinate projects with inter-departments as assigned.
· Assist Manager of Promotions with planning, budgeting and forecasting 
of promotional revenue.
· Develop and coordinate production of all in-house/ out-of-house media 
promotional support (i.e., print ads, radio/TV commercials, P.O.P. and 
artwork)
· Support Manager of Promotions with monthly/quarterly promotional 
financial reports. Perform pre and posts P & L's per promotion in order 
to maintain all budget parameters.
· Support Promotions Manager with new promotional revenue streams for 
existing and non-traditional sales products.
· Acquire promotional prizes/giveaways and handle barter agreements, 
orders, and record keeping, if applicable.
· Execute training programs to educate sales staff on the basics of 
co-op, vender, and promotion advertising programs.
· Handle all network affiliate relations with respect to media kits, 
promotions, presentations, etc.
· Maintain promotions database for communications purposes.
· Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
· 3 to 5 years experience in sales promotions, vendor and/or co-op sales
---- cable experience preferred.
· Excellent communication skills are needed to successfully communicate
