      Operations Manager will oversee multi-departments in this web offset 
printing facility. Manager will detail cost controls, labor issues, quality and 
safety standards. You will work with other departments on schedules and 
production goals. (If you do not have a PRINTING background in upper 
management, PLEASE do not apply.)  
      Requirements:   
      MUST have web offset experience as an Operations Manager. 
Problem-solving, understanding all facets of printing technology, process 
improvement, with team-building and communication skills. Degree required.
