      Description:   
      Responsible for East and West coast efficiency reporting. Will develop, 
interpret and implement policies and procedures to facilitate processes and 
clarify and correct procedural problems. Functional areas may include 
accounting and finance, operations, etc. Will evaluate feasibilty of new or 
revised systems and oversee and audit to ensure compliance with established 
standards. Will develop policies to ensure employee conformance and to 
establish practices and proper training of staff. Will be required to 
participate in an ERP MADE2MANAGE environment with efficiency reporting to the 
Management Team.  
      Requirements:   
      Must be computer literate and have good communication skills. Must be 
numbers driven and understand the dynamics of a Modern Mold Shop with state of 
the Art technology, software, hardware and manufacturing machinery and how it 
needs to be monitored and how efficiency reporting confirms the bottom line
