Development Project Manager

Job summary:  

Neyer Properties, a Cincinnati-owned commercial real
estate developer is searching for an experienced real
estate project manager to plan and coordinate our
development projects.  

Key responsibilities:

Manager will participate in all phases of development
projects including:

? Land acquisition
? Site planning
? Design development
? Project approvals
? Contractor selection
? Contractor/job management and project delivery

Summary of Experience:

Customer relationship management  - 2 years
Project management in a real estate development
environment  - at least 2 years

Summary of Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Communication both orally and in writing
Strong mediation abilities
Ability to server customers both internally and
externally
Computer literacy preferred with AutoCAD and Microsoft
Office.
  
Educational requirement:

Require experience in the field with Bachelor?s
degree.
