        Construction Development Manager

Neyer Properties, a Cincinnati-owned commercial real
estate developer is searching for an experienced
construction/land development manager.  Manager will
participate in all phases of projects including land
acquisition, site planning, design development,
project approvals, contractor selection,
contractor/job management and project delivery.  

Candidates should possess skills in customer
relationship management, commercial or residential
construction, project management, finance, municipal
approvals/incentives, and computer literacy with some
Autocad.  

Require 5-10 years progressive experience in the field
