Position Overview:
The Online Marketing Director will be responsible for all online marketing
activities and will lead initiatives that generate traffic to Brand
Performance websites.​ The incumbent will be responsible for growing direct
sales revenues while generating leads.
 

Specific Responsibilities:
·        Manage online marketing activity and their contribution to the
business. 
·        Manage and execute SEO & PPC strategies, including but not limited
to strategic direction, keyword management and expansion, keyword bid
optimization, ad copy creation, custom landing pages, competitive research
and onsite optimization.​
·        Manage media relationships, which include contract negotiations,
integration and continued optimization, and evaluation of ROI.
·        Identifying opportunities for strategic partnerships and
coordinating these relationships.
·        Working with managers who oversee the technical development and
maintenance of Internet Brands websites.
·        Review online marketing and SEM plans to ensure they are aligned
with budgets and objectives.
·        Set and review scorecard metrics objectives.
·        Research, establish, and develop cross-channel marketing plans.
·        Develop in-depth knowledge of industry activity related to online
marketing and share knowledge with team.
·        Support international Web site process and content planning for
global initiatives.
·        Experience in traffic-building, audience-growing and
community-building initiatives
·        Strong knowledge of Web design
·        Ability to lead capacity planning and forecasting for future needs.
·        Provide updated performance stats on a weekly and monthly basis,
and upon request.
·        Must be experienced with Omniture Site Catalyst & Google Analytics.
·        Create and manage marketing budgets, forecasts and ROI.​

Required Skills:
·        5 years of relevant internet marketing experience.​
·        Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field.
·        Solid understanding of search engine marketing, including hands on
experience managing and optimizing SEO.​
·        Sound knowledge of the internet industry landscape, internet-based
business models and online performance based marketing vehicles.​
·        Knowledge of traditional marketing strategies.
·        Analytical and problem solving skills demonstrating the ability to
understand key performance metrics and ability to execute against findings.​
·        Strong attention to detail, self starter, and the ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously.​
·        Excellent verbal and written communications skills.​
