                  The City of Middletown is seeking a qualified individual to 
fill the position of Neighborhood Improvement
Advisor.  Requirements:  Graduation from a four-year college or university with 
considerable knowledge in architecture,
construction, building technology or equivalent combination of experience and 
training.

Starting salary:    $38,294 to $41,979
