[jsfg_cinti] New Seminar!

Hi All,

Just wanted to make sure everyone knows about the new seminar being 
offered October 17th from 2-3:30 p.m. by Randy Clark, JSFG alumnus and 
now a Realtor:

SEMINAR: "Property and Financial Options for the Job Seeker" by Randy 
Clark. This workshop by Randy, Realtor and JSFG alumnus, is tentatively 
set to cover topics such as:

    * managing equity
    * refinancing
    * downsizing property
    * avoiding default
    * financing options
    * relocation
    * considering a career in Real Estate

Randy will also consider adding other topics based on membership feedback.
