[jsfg_cinti] New Profiles procedure for new members

It has been brought to my attention that some of the
new members are frustrated to find that if they enter
a profile, it is not displayed on the web site until
the beginning of the following month.  I am
sympathetic to this, and so I have decided to
implement the following policy with regards to new
members:  

Anyone who joins JSFG may enter a profile after their
membership record is entered into the system.  The
system will automatically include it in the profiles
to be displayed the following month, which is the
current normal procedure.  However, if the new member
will contact me, by phone or email, I can create an
entry of it for the current month.  That way, they can
have it displayed immediately.  Following that, they
will be responsible for getting a profile (or renewal
request) in every month, along with all the other
current members, if they wish to have one in for the
following month.
