      If you have exceptional technical knowledge and the ability to lead and 
successfully implement .Net projects as the director of a team of 
professionals, you are the .Net expert we are looking for.  
      Requirements:   
      Specific Experience Requirements: . 7 - 10 years experience in complete 
system development, including . requirement planning, design, testing and 
delivery of n-tier . architecture, as well as at least 2 years of technical 
leadership understanding . Responsibility for architecture and delivery of 
enterprise . applications/ systems based on .NET framework . 5 years Microsoft 
solutions development (Visual C++, COM, ASP) . At least one year active 
hands-on web development and architecture in C#.NET, ASP . .NET, and ADO.NET . 
Minimum of one year Web services (XML, SOAP, and WSDL) experience . 3 years of 
OO design and implementation . 3 or more years hands-on experience in web / 
application server environment . Java / J2EE and MS SQL Server 2000 experience 
a plus Skills Required: . Expert knowledge of .NET framework . Ability to 
deliver scalable n-tier web applications that exceed user . expectations . 
Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, executives, team members 
and others . Ability to work in a complex deadline oriented environment with 
the capacity to multi-task, work independently and coordinate meetings and 
duties necessary to complete projects . Technical degree required Personal 
Characteristics: . Excellent business and technical communications skills, both 
written and verbal . Self starter with a solid work ethic . Ability to 
integrate rapidly and make contributions within an existing team . Good 
personal organizational skills . Strong commitment to customer service
