[jsfg_cinti] Need Input from Administrators/Administrative Assistants

Hi All,
I'm collaborating with Jenny White from Boost Meeting Space
(www.boostmeeting.com <http://www.boostmeeting.com/> ) to create a
workshop/lecture series that addresses the interests and needs of
administrators/administrative assistants. So I'm doing a little preliminary
research. If you're an administrator, I'd really appreciate your input. If
you reply, I'll keep you on the list to be notified when the series starts.

What do you-or did you- least like about your job?

What advice would you give someone entering into an Administrative position?

What would you say your strengths are? What would others say your strengths
are? What would you like your strengths to be?

 

If you were queen for the day where you could do or request anything that
would make your job better and it would be granted, what would it be?

 

What training/resources are available to help you in your position? What
training/resources would you like to be offered?

What value do you-or did you- bring to your organization?

 

If you stopped coming to work what would fall-or what fell-apart that day.

What are you drawn to (ex. Who are you likely to talk to at a party or what
types of articles do you like to read, or TV shows do you like to watch)?

What do you like to do for fun?

What did I not ask you that you wish I would have asked? What's your answer
