      Description:   
      Client is a International manufacturer of Color Concentrates for the 
Plastics Industry. This position is a step through position leading to a 
Regional Managers position. As NCM you would work with four or five National 
accounts. During this time you would learn the organization and how it handles 
its business. The move into Regional Manager would be as soon as possible. As a 
regional manager you would manage 13 states and 3-5 sales representatives. 
Covering accounts in Injection molding, Blow molding, Packaging, Film, sheet 
and other plastic processes.  
      Requirements:   
      This position requires the successful candidate to have had 5-10 years 
work experience in Color Concentrates, Resins and or Compounding industries. In 
addition to sales and marketing experience, a work history of Management or 
supervision experience is needed. A proven track record of planning, budgeting, 
targeting, and executing is required.
