Local client searching for Customer Service Supervisor for Cincinnati, 
OH. Client is a $3 billion international manufacturer. Position is two 
steps down from President of North America division, holding a 
substantial amount of weight and influence in company direction and 
performance. Position provides direct career path opportunity to 
Director level position.

Position is responsible for domestic customer care department including 
hands on order management quality levels, processing and reducing 
customer complaints and issues, leading a team of +/- 10 independent 
care representatives in daily operations as well as development, 
mentoring and growth; strategically drive process and system 
improvements, support personnel development efforts of direct reports 
including performance objectives and appraisals, performance management, 
development planning. Also responsible for internal customer order 
processes, recruiting and training new team members.

Position requires BA degree in addition to 5 years managing a customer 
service operation within a large company, experience with customer 
service systems and processes, history of team leadership and 
development, background of strategic leadership. Company provides above

The Data Analyst provides production cycle data processing, data 
analysis, evaluation, and business integrity analysis to consumer data 
in the form of purchased lists, cultivated targets, and client databases 
during ratings periods (generally February - May & September - 
November). During non-ratings periods, Data Analyst assists in the 
ongoing development and support of software systems used to import, 
export, collect, manage, transform, process data and improve production 
cycle performance and general business performance.

All members of the dmr team are expected to demonstrate a positive, 
"let's make it happen" attitude while they carry out their day to day 
duties. Good follow-through and communication among peers and 
supervisors is required to help foster a team atmosphere.
