Position exists in the Document Management arena which has grown tremendously.  
We need a leader to help with:
  Care and feeding of new and existing customers, we are an inside `vendor and 
our service levels and delivery dates need to be sharp.  It's a big job to stay 
up with the ebb and flow of outside priorities.  This person will promote 
existing and emerging communication services to high level customers (both 
within IT and the business), set delivery expectations,
manage competing priorities with the business `choke points, assess staffing 
adequacy and skills mix, monitor SDM practices, interface with the 
services/tools manager on core capabilities and constantly challenge the 
relevancy of our services.   Planning - Synthesize broad customer needs into 
positioning strategies for effective future services (e.g. workflow 
integration, OWB TCA integration, e-signature, archive convergence)
   Oversight of the Presentation Team :  This large, homogenous group is in the

Expand Clients and Consolidate Solutions in Content Management Services

the desktop licensing requirements of POWR.  Expand Client base for ECM and EDM 
services.
-Oversight of the systems architecture/services framework  As clients and 
services grow, the complexity of the system must be managed to prevent bad 
process from causing production issues.  This hits on design, development (e.g. 
too thin resources), change control processes, SDM, testing tools/automation, 
etc. He/she will also be responsible for capacity planning, software promotion 
process, up-time and infrastructure evolution.
-Assure a rich and effective Efulfillment project  - USPS delivery needs to be 
reduced.  We spent four million on postage this July.  Double what it was in 
1998.  Technical obstacles will be many to a flexible and legal experience.

This position will be responsible for managing the Core Processing Systems 
(CPS) Project Office.  This office will be responsible for a variety of 
infrastructure tasks related to the establishment, development and ongoing 
maintenance of the CPS systems development methodology (SDM) and the CPS
organizational project management practices and toolsets.  This position will 
act as a facilitator across the CPS organization and will be required to work 
on a dotted line basis with all development managers and project managers 
within the organization.  Some key responsibilities include:

1) reporting for the organization the project inventory (portfolio) for 
projects underway and backlog,
2) defining standards for the CPS development methodology  (SDM)
3) setting standards and best practices for CPS Project Management practices
4) developing a project post-implementation review process and facilitation 
service
5) metrics reporting to understand the quality of systems development and 
project management practices
6) establishment of a project management Help Desk for project managers within 
CPS
7) providing ongoing training and documentation for all developers and testers 
within the organization for SDM and Project Management.
This office will be ultimately responsible for the rollout and implementation 
of Primavera and TeamPlay within CPS as well as the ongoing maintenance of 
project management tools and processes.  Management experience and PMI 
certification is a must. 5+ years experience managing projects is required.   
The expectation is that this position will have a small (less than 5) direct 
report group made up of experienced project managers and project administration 
staff who will work across the
organization to achieve and maintain the organization's development and project

delivered to the Automated Testing team. This Manager will be responsible for 
directing the efforts of the Software Developers on the design,
development, implementation, and support of this tool.  As the platforms used 
for the internet applications evolves, this team will lead the efforts to adapt 
the testing tool to maximize the opportunity that the new technologies and 
architecture offer.
Systems Support Team:
The ongoing growth of the personal.com application has necessitated the need to

visibility and availability reporting, on-call processes and procedures.

application. The main role of this team is to
