[jsfg_cinti] Modest Needs

I want to tell everyone about a web site where you can request financial help 
for minor emergencies. It's address is: 
www.modestneeds.org. On there, you can, after registering, request up to $1,000 
at one time for things like car repairs, rent money, etc. They do ask that you 
make a small contribution monthly, but only $2-$10. But that's optional even at 
that.

Give it a shot. I have. My car broke down again and I asked for help to get it 
fixed. My request has not been granted yet, but it may take a little while 
longer.

And I think it was Wayne Gretzky, the hockey player, who said once: "You miss 
100% of the shots that you don't take."
