VALET (Full-time, must be available all shifts, weekends required)
Responsible for parking automobiles for guests in guest garage and placing a
numbered tag on windshield of automobile and giving customer the matching
tag to be used when locating the parked automobile.  Must collect parking
fee from guests.  Maintains cleanliness of driveway, garage and associated
areas.  Must have a valid driver license and proof of auto insurance.  Must
be able to drive both 5 speed and automatic vehicles.

DOORMAN (Part-time, must be available for all shifts, weekends required)
Responsible for opening doors for guests upon arrival, verifying that
parking tickets from valet are marked properly.  Will hail taxicabs for
guests, assist guests with luggage or check-in procedures.  Previous
customer service experience required.

STEWARD (Full-time, 1st shift 8am-4pm, weekends required)  transports and
cleans cooking utensils, silverware and dishes.  Maintains cleanliness of
kitchen and work areas and all restaurant equipment.  Previous kitchen,
cleaning or dishwashing experience required.

AM/PM HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR (Part-time, 6am-2pm and/or 3pm-11pm, weekends
required)  Set up and clear tables, stock all service stations and assist
food servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction.
Maintain stock and cleanliness of all stations.  Serve guest beverages,
bread/butter, etc.  Previous restaurant experience preferred.
