Medical Records Specialist



Full time position responsible for the processing and daily management of
clinical records including, sorting, filing, pulling records for staff,
handling release of information, data entry and other records related
functions.  Provide coordination and day-to-day direction to records staff
in the absence of the Medical Records Supervisor.



Associate's degree in Records Management or equivalent combination of
education and experience in Records Management or related field required.
Experience working with the mental health system is preferred.  Ability to
work well in a team setting and communicate with people in a fast paced
environment, leadership and coordination skills, attention to detail and a
working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.  Position requires occasional
driving of own vehicle.  Valid driver's license and vehicle may be required.
