My name is Jim Turner, and I work as a Supplier Quality Engineer for 
Hill-Rom Company in Batesville, IN.  Hill-Rom makes hospital beds and 
patient room furniture and fixtures, so its medical devices are not so 
stringently controlled as implantible devices would be, but if I can be of
