Marketing Solutions Mgr

Our Client a Fortune 500 company is seeking a marketing Solutions Manager
for their Cincinnati headquarters. This person is responsible for delivering
technical marketing for assigned service lines that have a major impact in
terms of percent annual revenue and strategic importance. Develops strategic
direction, execution plans, creates supporting materials and training that
educate sales, engineering and management on the service technology.

Executing the strategic plan for the offering suite and delivering the
revenue and margin growth in a tough economic environment.

This position requires:
* Need strategic thinker that can be tactical when needed
* Must have passion/energy for their product line
* Must be able to work independently
* Must own our Cisco Relationship -- focus on wireless, converged networks,
IP telephony
* Must have ambition and be capable of assuming a higher level role.
* Product management experience a must.
* Must be comfortable presenting to CEO level.
* They must be able to handle "downstream" -- pkg a product to sell it to
"upstream" -- managing vendor relationship


Additional Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree
2. Experience: 3+ Years of marketing related experience.
3. Certifications: (e.g. CCIE, CCNA, MCP, MSCE)
4. Knowledge:
- Thorough knowledge of effective IT marketing techniques, industry trends,
tools, product and service offerings and best practices.
- Working knowledge of IT hardware, software, infrastructures, services and
related products.
- Competent in the formulation of business plans and strategies, strategic
pricing management, vendor relationship management, creation and execution
of marketing programs and the profitable management of assigned areas.
5. Skills and Abilities:
- IT industry/product knowledge.
- Ability to build/manage relationships.
- Strong financial and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational/time management skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
