Manufacturing client seeking Planning Manager for Northern Kentucky
operations. Position will report directly to Director of Logistics, and
indirectly to Site Director of Operations. Production Manager responsible
for overseeing the manufacturing process of made to order products,
including: forecasting for department including inventories, production,
quality, profitability and sales; build relationships with operations,
customer service teams and commercial sales team to drive operational
improvements and ensure timeliness of finished good product is consistent
with sales plans and forecasts; perform forecasting and gap analysis, and
proactively engage in implementation of SAP system. Responsible for staff
leadership and development of department comprised of Planning Supervisor
and staff of 2. Ideal candidate will have history of experience with
continuous improvement tools (Kaizen, Lean Supply Chain, etc.) and be versed
enough to drive implementation of these tools into this company. To be
considered, you must have 5-plus years experience in all of the above areas,
a Bachelor degree, APICS certification, and history in the chemicals, food
or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments. Target compensation +/- $80k
with 15% incentive. Position is in Northern Kentucky- company will pay

material sourcing, establishment of metrics for department including
inventories, production, quality, profitability and sales; knowledge of
sales plans and establishing goals to reach those plans. To be considered
you must have 3-plus years experience in manufacturing in all areas
mentioned above, in addition to Bachelor degree, staff supervision, APICS
background and SAP experience. Target compensation +/- $60k plus profit
sharing. Position is in Northern Kentucky- no relocation benefits for this
