Folks, I have been made aware of a requirement for a Mainframe Security
Specialist. This is a highly visible position with a major Cincinnati company.
It is a permanent position probably located downtown.
The Mainframe Security Specialist is expected to be a key resource in the
continuing improvement of corporate security policies, procedures, and
monitoring functions. This person will help research, design, document,
implement, roll out, and monitor a wide range of Information Security
capabilities.
Key experience/skills requirements:
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Three plus years of mainframe programming or security experience
is required.
- RACF, TOPSECRET, or ACF2 Security experience.
Other experience that would be helpful:
- Associates or Bachelors degree in CS or IS.
- A working knowledge of DB2 and the OS/390 Unix system services
