Regarding Frequency Marketing, I have interviewed with them for a position
in their software support group.  They are the leader in just what their
name says, "Frequency Marketing".  They offer plans for such things as
frequent flier miles or anything of that sort which tracks a customer's
purchases and rewards repeat customers with something.  They run plans such
as this for clients and also sell software which performs that function for
clients.

They are located in a new facility well hidden from public view and rather
secretive in its design and layout.  The building looks much smaller than it
really is from the parking lot since it cascades away down a steep hill
against a wooded ravine.  The entire side of the building facing the ravine
is windowed.  Neat, but...sort of odd.

They took a couple of hours to interview me for a low level position and
told me that if I were invited to a second interview, that I would have to
take a 6 hour long personality test.  Also pretty weird, I thought.

They seem to be doing a booming business, however.  Keith Powers is the head
HR guy there.
