Position:  Local Sales Manager for one of the nation's top TV stations

Station WKRC-TV is currently seeking to fill the following employment
opening

Local Sales Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong LSM needed to lead the sales staff for Local 12 WKRC-TV
Cincinnati's CBS affiliate and one of the top performing CBS stations in
the country.  This individual will report to the Director of Sales and
be responsible for accurate forecasting and achieving budgets for spot
business as well as pushing the sales staff to sell on a Multi-Platform
basis.  We've been #1 in billing for 5+ years and we need someone who is
up to the challenge of keeping us there and leading us to even greater
heights.

Applicants must have the ability to communicate expectations clearly and
hold the sales staff accountable accordingly.  Broadcast sales
management experience with a proven track record of out performing
expectations is a plus.  Proficiency with Matrix, VCI, and Microsoft
Office also preferred.
