[jsfg_cinti] Letter of Recommendation

Does anyone out there have any idea of how to write a letter of recommendation? 
I was recently on a temp assignment doing some auditing (that's the line of 
work I am looking to get into on a full-time, permanent basis) with a local CPA 
and I wanted to write a letter of recommendation for him to sign (he said I 
could do that), so that  I can present it to future potential employers. But I 
am not quite sure how to word it exactly.
