Lead Systems Analyst for

Provisioning & Mediation Administration

OVERVIEW OF POSITION

 

This is a technical position that will be part of the ISD Subscriber Services 
group reporting to the Manager of Call Center, Retail & Carrier Systems (CCRS). 
 The successful candidate will be a technical administrator who has experience 
with the Convergys Activation Manager and Mediation Manager Products and 
familiarity with the process of provisioning and collecting meditation from 
various telecommunications network elements.  This employee will be responsible 
for managing all of the provisioning and mediation efforts for Dobson Cellular 
Systems.

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

 

?     Excellent communication skills and ability to work with Internal Business 
Customers

?     7 - 10 years experience in telecommunications mediation and provisioning 
related work, preferably wireless

?     2 ? 3 years experience with Convergys Activation Manager and Mediation 
Manager

?     Bachelors degree 

?     Ability to work extensive hours during peak project times

 

PREFERED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

 

?     Wireless Telecommunications experience

?     Masters degree in Information Technology or Computer Science Engineering

?     Formal project management training or PMI certification
