|Clinical Data Managers: Bachelorâ??s Degree and a minimum of 2 years  
      |
|managing timelines, deliverables and budgets for clinical data
 management |
|projects.

|Clinical Statistical Programmers (all levels):  Bachelorâ??s Degree
 and     |
|experience in Clinical SAS programming and validation of CRF and
 analysis |
|datasets, tables, listings and figures.

|Biostatisticians (all levels):  Minimum of a Masters and experience  
     |
|writing statistical analysis plans, developing protocols and overall  
    |
|management of Biostatistics related activities for clinical trials.

|Proposal Business Analyst: Minimum of Bachelor's degree to develop    
    |
|domestic and global proposals budgets, text documents and process
 changes |
|in scope documents. Review, verify, and evaluate cost estimates to
 ensure |
|agreement with written information, client specifications, and
 internal   |
|assumptions.                                                          
    |

    |
|Project Financial Analyst: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance or
 related|
|field to review project financials including Actual Budgeted Margin  
     |
|Analysis (ABMA) reports, Impact of Budget Revision Changes reports,
 and   |
|margin trend analysis.                                                
    |
|                                                                      
    |
|Financial Analyst (Back log Analyst): Minimum of Bachelorâ??s degree
 in     |
|Finance with 2-3 years experience with Compiling backlog information
 on a |
|monthly basis.  Maintaining a standard set of monthly reports.
  Analyzing |
|backlog to determine revenue roll-out patterns, trends, etc. Track and
    |
|analyze long and short-term revenue trends.                          
     |

|.Net Programmer/Analyst:  3-10 years of development experience in
 ASP.net,|
|C#, VB.  Experience with Crystal Reports and Relational Databases is a
    |
|plus.                                                                
     |

    |
|PeopleSoft Developer:  5 + years of development and implementation    
    |
|experience using HRIS / GRM(resource management) / Financial modules.
     |
|Peopletools 8.48.                                                    
     |
|                                                                      
    |
|IT Project Leaders - BS Comp Sci, or related field.  5+ years        
     |
|programming/administration/analysis experience.  Formal Project      
     |
|methodology training a plus, able to work on multiple projects        
    |
|simultaneously.                                                      
     |
|                                                                      
    |
|QC Test Analyst/Leaders - AS Comp Sci, or related field.  3-7 years  
     |
|software testing/development experience. Full cycle development and
 test  |
|case automation highly desirable.  Prefer a regulated environment.    
    |
|                                                                      
    |
|Siebel Developer-   BS Comp Sci,or related field. 5 years of
 progressive  |
|Siebel development responsibility with at least 1 year experience
 using   |
|Siebel v6 or above. Consultant Certification (Customer certification
 is a |
|plus). Experience with Workflow, EIM and EAI ,application programming
     |
|(C++, VB, HTML, etc.).                                                
    |

|Oracle Programmer Analyst-3-5 years experience with Oracle PL/SQL and
     |
|trigger development required, UNIX and TOAD experience a plus.  Oracle
    |
|database replication experience is a plus.                            
    |

    |
|Regulatory Consultants (all levels):  Advanced degree preferred and a
     |
|minimum of 5-10 yrs of combined industry experience and 5-10 yrs      
    |
|experience in Regulatory and previous proven experience in Medical    
    |
|Writing, IND development and NDA submissions.                        
     |

    |
|Sr. Publishing Specialist:  Minimum Bachelor's degree with 8-10yrs    
    |
|experience in a drug/ device/ biologic related industry and has
 experience|
|with electronic publishing of regulatory submissions. Must have exp
 with  |
|InSight Publisher, Documentum, CoreDossier, Ezsubs, ISI Toolbox, MS
 Word  |
|and Access.

|CQA Auditor-Compliance:  Bachelorâ??s degree and minimum of 1 year
 relevant |
|clinical experience including compliance with protocol, SOPs, Project
     |
|Plans, international requirements for Good Clinical Practice (GCP).  
     |
|

|Senior CQA Auditor:  Bachelorâ??s degree and minimum of 4 years
 relevant    |
|clinical experience including compliance with protocol, SOPs, Project
     |
|Plans, international requirements for Good Clinical Practice (GCP);  
     |
|project management and customer management.                          
     |
