We are currently seeking a proven and results-oriented individual to serve as 
our Director of Sales & Marketing.  As the Director of Sales, you will be 
responsible for developing the sales team, increasing revenue, maximizing lead 
conversions, and conducting executive presentations to individual customers and 
corporations. As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for 
generating leads, developing and implementing marketing initiatives through 
effective advertising campaigns, public relations, and events and promotions. 

 

Additional responsibilities include developing internal and external 
relationships, budgeting, cost control, forecasting, performance metrics, 
coaching and mentoring, team building and personnel management/development.

 

The ideal candidate will: 

  a.. Understand the purchasing behaviors, value system and the ?language? of 
the affluent customer to establish credibility and fulfill a trusted advisor 
role
  b.. Have experience selling/marketing a luxury brand which is typically a 
low-volume, high-cost product or service
  c.. Have the ability to close large deals and teach others the art of selling
  d.. Have the ability to reach and influence affluent decision makers
  e.. Have experience managing and developing people as well as leading managers
  f.. Have experience building structured programs and leading projects
 

Preferred Qualifications

  a.. College degree in Marketing and/or Business or equivalent work experience
  b.. Five to seven years of sales and marketing experience
  c.. Two to four years of personnel management experience
  d.. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  e.. Strong organizational, decision-making, and project management skills
  f.. Track record for building internal and external relationships
  g.. Willingness to travel
